Bankflow stores the money data you add to a hub so it can show summaries, projections, and variance. Hubs are isolated through application-layer membership checks.

Email forwarding

Forwarded bank alerts are processed to extract transactions. We store the sender, subject, received time, a short snippet of up to 500 characters, and the outcome. Full email bodies are not stored.

Statements

Uploaded statements are used to prepare an import. Bankflow stores the import mapping and transaction rows so duplicates can be skipped safely.
